“O.M. G. Not to be missed!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013 via mobile

Went here after seeing reviews. Amazing. Owners are from Sicily and you can tell. Lasagna the best we've had. My husband says this is the best Italian restaurant he's been to and he is from the Bronx where they know their Italian food. Be sure to check address this Valentino's is in a strip mall in Surfside Plaza across the street from the Cheesesteak Factory. Had antipasto for two, two lasagnas, a bottle of chianti and dessert for my husband and I. Price was just under $67.00. Amazing.

“Captain Jack”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013

This is a nondescript Italian restaurant located in a run down strip mall in Surfside Beach just south of Myrtle Beach. As nothing as the outside looks, the inside is quite nice with an old world flair. Unlike many other Italian restaurants this place is not a "bring your own" and has a bar. The menu is extensive.
We ordered two antipastos, one hot and one cold. Both were large and delicious. I ordered the Beef Braciole special which was good if not excellent. My wife ordered the veal parmesan early bird for $10.95 which she loved.
This is a friendly place where the owner makes the rounds to make sure that his customers are satisfied. The bill for four people including two glasses of wine, two appetizers for two people each and four entrees was $95.00.

“Great Lasagna”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

Went Wednesday night for lasagna special. Best lasagna I ever had. The sauce had lots of tomato and the pasta melts in your mouth. My sister got pizza which was great also. We went here last year when we we're in Myrtle Beach. Still good as ever. Calamari was good too.

“Abbundanza! Delizioso!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013 via mobile

Wonderful authentic meal! Friendly service with a smile; attentive without being obtrusive. Thank you, Jess. Specials of pork Osso bucco & beef braciole were excellent and fork tender. Regular menu items of shrimp daviolo, eggplant Parmesan & grouper pescatore also pleased the palate. All dishes were healthy portions and we departed satisfyingly full. Yummy real Italian bread, too! Thanks to the chef for visiting our table. Grazie!
