We stayed at Crescent Shores June 10th-17th, 2006. We had our two children ages 7 and 3 with us. The condo itself is very nice. We rented through CondoLux which is right around the corner on Hwy 17. We had a glich though - our condowas dirty when we check in which was a huge disappointment. Since the CondoLux office was closed, there was no one to come clean the condo so we stayed up until midnight cleaning it ourselves.
We were on the 15th floor in a 2 bedroom condo. It was decorated very nice. The balcony was nice size too.
The parking garage is across the street which is somewhat an inconvenience with two children having to cross the road but you can pull your vehicle into a loading zone at the condo if you need too.
We didn't have to wait too long for an elevator except upon check in when everyone has the large carts and there is no room.
The pool area is okay. The pool is very long and narrow and there is not enough room for chairs. It was very crowded. The lazy river is nice but again, crowded when a lot of kids are in it. There are no bathrooms for guests at the pool area. You either have to use the public restroom next to the condo or go up to your condo.
The beach is nice too. There are a lot of people out in front of the condo since the condo is next to a public beach entrance.
The location is good. You are a short drive to Barefoot Landing and close to Cherry Grove Beach which has a nice pier and the Boulineau's IGA.
Overall we liked Crescent Shores.
