We had a great time. It is right on the ocean. It has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pull. Our room was right above the office so we didn't have a great view. We had to lean out our window. The office staff were all real nice. One problem we kept running it too is that if we put our Cell phones in the same pocket/ hand as our key, we had to keep reseting our key. We were always lucky to find a parking spot on the grounds. If you come in real late at night, you might have to park across the road. They're building another cono building across the road so they might wake you up about 8:00. We were usually up and out between 9:30 and 10. They have an IGA supermarket just down the road. About 2-3 miles you have a Kroger supermarket and a Super Walmart. Several shops are around to buy suveniers. Myrtle Beach has a Tanger Outlet Mall with several shops. There is another strand to shop at "Broadway At The Beach" there are several restaurants and shops. There's a Ripley's Aquarieum and a Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville there.

Our trip was great 'til the last day because it rained.

When we first pulled up we were bracing ourselves for the worst, as some of the buildings aren't very pretty on the outside. However, when we walked inside it was a pleasant surprise. The service was great, the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view was gorgeous. We had ocean front. We were very happy with our stay and would book there again.

We picked up a week at this timeshare/condo from RCI as a last call bargin of $179 for the week. It is a small one bedroom unit. The bedroom is large with a king size bed. We were on the 5th floor with a great view. The unit was clean and well maintained. It had a full kitchen but it was very small. Some higher power had decided that the unit would be more desirable if it had whirlpool tub. They placed it outside the nice large bathroom and across from the kitchen. Very odd.

This unit would not be good for more than two adults. They had lovely pools but since we were there in March they were too cold to use.

We exchange our timeshare week we were there from Nov. 25 to Dec. 3, first off we will never go back. The staff was friendly and all but our room was very dirty and we had to clean it our selves since they do not do housekeeping unless you want to pay an additional fee. We had ocean view with no screen on widows so we could not leave the windows open and we also had no deck to sit out on. Every morning you had to take your own towels and linens down to laundry room to exchange for clean items. The last three days of our trip we had no hot water and we had to boil water to give the kids a bath. If you have small children this is not the place to stay the so call playground is a slide and no swings or playroom for kids. The indoor pool was nice but you had to walk outside to get to it and in the evenings it was cool coming out of the pool with small children to go back to your room. The beach was nice and clean. Over all we had a good time but will not go back there we will exchange somewhere else next time.
