The location is right off of the beach, which is nice. But, there is something very odd about the location at this time of year. It is spring break time, so we figured there would be quite a bit of people. The only people we have seen are workers at the hotel. This is ironic because there is no room service, so I don't get what all these people are doing here. Also, I would suggest staying closer to Myrtle Beach instead of North Myrtle Beach if you are serious about golf. The courses close to here are not as popular as some of the ones in Myrtle Beach. The front desk left a voicemail about cookies in the lobby, but the cookies were eaten by the nonexistent guests. The stay would be better with warmer weather, more people and cookies.
