We spent a night while traveling through the Charleston Airport. The lobby area is large, bright and inviting. Our room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. We utilized the park and stay option which was very convenient. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again.

We used the Sheraton at the airport near Charleston because it's close proximity to downtown and the beaches. We would have preferred to stay downtown, but the prices were 3-4x higher. The hotel was very nice, and clean. We arrived early on a Saturday and was met by Ashley at the front desk. She greeted us warmly and was able to check us into our rooms early. This allowed us to start our sight seeing without worrying about getting back to check in. The entire staff was very nice and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and made sleeping very easy after a full day of experiencing Charleston.
Upon check out, there was Ashley again, inquiring how our stay was with a huge warm smile
I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, and will hopefully have the opportunity to stay there again some day. There is alot to do in the Charleston area, so i think we will be back again.

I used to be fond of this hotel but during my most recent stay here, I am not so pleased. I am rather tall, about 6'4" so the one and only thing I really care about it having a king bed so my feet don't hang off the end of the bed. I checked in around 3:30 and my only request was to have a king bed. The front desk receptionist told me that they already had me in a room with two double beds and it couldn't be changed and besides they didn't have any king rooms left. Really? You don't have any king beds available!? This is a huge hotel and the parking lot is empty.

I am not one to make a big fuss so I just took what they had and went about my way. Well there was more let down to be had. The room was just not up to par. It was not very clean and the desk chair was completely broken. I'm over it. This will be the last time I stay here. Thanks.

Great place to stay for a week, classy! Great breakfast buffet, staff are wonderful, friendly and can't do enough for you. Nice bar where you can also order food. The place is really clean and centrally located to many tourist attractions. There wasn't one thing I can say bad about this place.
