Hyatt always has a good reputation, but this Hyatt Place is by far a crown jewel in their collection. From my call to make a last minute change in arrival dates to the last goodbye from the "host", I felt like an honored guest. Every staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile and an appropriate greeting. I can't count the times I was asked how my stay was going and if there was anything staff could do to make my stay better. A big "shout-out" to Neil, in particular, for going the extra mile in arranging an earlier arrival and adding on an extra night. The room was spacious, well appointed, and clean. Maid service was efficient and I felt like I was entering a new room when I returned to the room on my second day. My only suggestion to management would be to stock two packets of regular coffee rather than one regular and one decaf in the room. I need my coffee in the morning, but there's no complaint because there was plenty of good coffee in the well-stocked, good variety breakfast dowstairs. As an innkeeper, I give the Hyatt Place a gold star for service and value.
