The lobby was large & open check in staff was friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, crisp sheets ( I love that)! Breakfaast was wonderful the little omelets with peppers and onion were wonderful

My recent stay here was just fine. The lobby was the largest I had ever seen at a Hampton. The space was very extensive and there was plenty of room to enjoy breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, they had everything I have come to expect from a Hampton and the little omelets with cheese and peppers were very tasty. The bold coffee was good and the OJ was not watered down.

The room had lots of space and was comfortable but was a tad dated. The window had basic curtains you'd see in any cheap motel and lacked the additional sheers that most Hampton Inns have. Another small item is that the bath tub was very slippery. I mentioned this at checkout and was told that we could have asked for a shower mat. Obviously, you don't know you are going to need a mat until you get into the shower so it is a tad inconvenient to get out of the shower, dress and head to the front desk to request a mat. So, if you are worried about slipping, I recommend asking for a mat at check in. The person I spoke with about the slippery tub also mentioned that the hotel was going to be remodeled soon and that the problem with the tubs would be part of the remodel.

Decided to get away for a few days and chose this location because it was "pet friendly" The room was clean the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and we also had a microwave and refrigerator. When we arrived they were still offering the evening meal (which I was not expecting). It was good and just enough. The breakfast was sufficient and there was always coffee. They put us on the first floor right near the rear door which was perfect to be able to walk the dog without having to go through the lobby and disturb the guest who are not "animal lovers". There were plenty of restaurants close by and it was a short drive to the historic district. I will definitely stay there again while in Charleston.

We went to the Charleston area for a few days and decided to stay in No. Charleston and away from hectic Charleston but near enough for a short trip into town. The hotel was clean and offered one of the nicest breakfast menus we ever encountered. A big plus was the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hrs. a day in the beautiful lobby. At check-in time there was always of plate of cookies and a bowl of apples available in the lobby. The staff was always there to answer questions and offer suggestions. There were many restaurants and the mall nearby and easy access to I-26. We would definitely recommend this hotel to any of our friends or family.
