“Loved It”

Very good place to stay. Had a great time. Picked out a room for next time. Wendy at the front desk is great. Great getting to know her. Some rooms are nicer than others but if you stay there and like it just ask them to see other rooms. Palms is a very nice place with nice employees. We will be staying there alot in the future.

Room Tip: One bedroom that we looked at was room 803 and 704 --both of these are done very nice.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Palms. Our room had been recently renovated and was definitely first class! Absolutely loved our view; watching the surf fishing and the sun rises. The indoor pool was very nice and we enjoyed the hot tub too! Evenings lounging on the grass listening to the ocean were very relaxing. Could not say enough nice things about Wendy and the day shift staff! Will definitely be back!

The view from the 9th floor in the south tower was wonderful for sunrises and sun sets. The room was clean and we had maid services everyday bring us fresh kitchen and bathroom items. This room is rented through the front desk, so you can call them with any concerns. This was a one bedroom unit with 2 queen beds(both beds felt new) in bedroom, and a wall bed in the living room with a great scene behind the wall bed. Both rooms had flat screen TV's, plenty of closet space. Plenty of lights in the living room with ceiling fan.The decor of this place was pleasant with the beach items in the living room and a warm home like feeling through out the rest of the place. The dish washer takes about an hour to run but what a useful feature when on vacation. Ice maker and a few plastic cups(for your favorite beverage) for the hot tubs and pools was appreciated. Indoor pool was a little cool. The Italian (all you can eat) place at Broadway at the Beach was great. Very nice clean beach here at MB. Par 3 golf under the lights was enjoyable. Sept is a pleasurable time of the year to go to MB. Ocean water still warm. Coffee on the balcony every morning was wonderful. Plenty of people surf fishing early in the morning. The grassy lounge area just passed the pools looked extremely inviting to read a book or sun bath.

Room Tip: Rooms in the south tower on the ends have windows in the bedroom and livingroom, with a view of the...

We just arrived home from a stay in the Penthouse at the Palms from September 15th through 19th. The Penthouse has an amazing view of the ocean, along with all we needed for a wonderful time. Each bedroom had flat-screened TV's and the beds were comfy enough. The only thing I could complain about, though we didn't rent from the front desk, our penthouse suite could have been cleaner. I am sure we will bring this up with the condo owner. The floors FELT dirty, and left your feet dirty. And things such as dust on bathroom shelving, just shouldn't be (again, the cleaning service). But this review is on The Palms. The location is perfectly located in the heart of everything. The pool and expecially the hot tub was fabulous for our party of eight. And last, but not least, brings me to staff. Wendy and Tellis could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We checked out at 11 and our flight was at 9pm. They held all of our bags for us, answered all of our questions, and suggested where to get take-out. They even saved us money and called the order in for us. They deserve an employee of the month reward. What nice people! Hats off and a big thanks to Wendy & Tellis for your superior front desk courtesy.

Room Tip: ocean view is amazing. The sound of the surf lulls you to sleep. Loved waking to the sunrise right...

When we first got to Myrtle Beach we had not slept in over 24 hours and were ready to get in our room and get some sleep. The receptionest Wendy was so very helpful and a lot of fun to talk to. She let us look at our room first and we didn't like it so she put us in a room with amazing views of the ocean and the city. The room was just perfect and the location was great also. We will stay here again.

We stayed in suite 301 this summer and love the upgrades!! Two king beds instead of a king/queen which is on the reservation, 3 Flat screen TV's and new furniture were greatly appreciated. I understand that no two units are the same that is why we will be requesting suite 301 from now on. As for cleanliness it was pretty clean, we had no complaints. We booked through the front desk and were met with friendly professionals. These people are service oriented day or night whatever we needed they helped with. As a bonus they have the VMB discounts for so many places we tried our best to take full advantage of.

We are staying at the palms, while making reservations wendy the front desk lady was awesome on the phone. she answered all our questions and saved us money. Upon arriving at the hotel it was a pleasure to put a face with the voice. Wendy couldnt be any sweeter, she was so amazing i even hugged her from across the counter cause she has such an amazing personallity always has a smile and ready to help whether it be to get a few extra towels to breakfast coupons and suggesting things and places to go. I would strongly recommend the palms. But most of all I want to thank the entire staff for a gr8 stay so far...

Room Tip: room 902 has an amazing view
