We visited in October 2006 and stayed in a 1 bedroom condo in the North Tower with a side view of the ocean. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The condo was nice and clean with a washer and dryer, as well as a stove & refrigerator. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Ocean Reef. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We will defnitely stay at the Ocean Reef again.

We loved the pool and everything about the outside at the Ocean Reef. The pool was heated so we could swim in the late evening. We also had access to the ocean anytime of the night. We stayed at a place that closed the outside pool and indoor pool at 9:00 and had to walk all around the hotel to get to the beach for a night time walk.
When I arrived at the Ocean Reef they let me view my room. The employees were very nice and helpful. It was just a great family atmosphere.

We stayed in two different rooms while we were there. we had a oceacn front room and a parlor room. The parlor room was great the view was outstanding and the room was great. The hotel staff was outstanding and since it was cold outside we enjoyed the indoor pool & lazy river. And the winter rates are great.

We go to Myrtle Beach every year for an extended weekend. This year, all the rooms have been renovated, the additional wing is completed, and the PARKING DECK is complete! The place was excellent. Superb staff, very clean rooms, and a great rate for off season. If you have small children, they have a BRAND NEW outdoor water park element with a PIRATE SHIP theme. Its not accessible in the winter, but the indoor water park with the lazy river, pools, jacuzzis, and play area with the buckets of water & other water elements are great. Lots of golfers and snow birds stay here, but thats OK. I haven't had breakfast at the restaurant, but I hear its great.
