“Wonderful Thanksgiving stay !!”

My family stayed in the two room 8 person sleeper option for 6 full days. The rooms were spotless, the kitchen well appointed with equipment. Anything we needed the resort was quick to respond with. We went through a mountain of towels and housekeeping was always quick and pleasant to refresh them. The amenities were wonderful and our view of the beach from the room was truly amazing. I would stay here again in a moment!! If you are not a Westgate "owner" I would highly recommend you become one ! My family and I will be returning !

Room Tip: Ocean view is the way to go !

“Wonderful Thanksgiving Trip”

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the Westgate Myrtle Beach Resort. All the staff and especially Jamie Steigerwald, were tremendously helpful. The two bedroom suite in the north tower was beautiful, with an ocean view and terrace.

“the villa room booked was ocean front view..and that's what i got!”

My vacation booked with Westgate resort was one of the best locations for ocean front view,i stay on the fifth floor.I found the service and villa room just lovely,from the moment i pulled into the parking area,staff met me and was nothing but service..service...wonderful staff, all luggage was handled to the room.Check in was without a moments wait! All the information about the resort was explained in great detail,The villa room i stayed in was very clean..and smelled a clean smell..also the supplies for the kitchen was well stocked as well for the bathing area.not one time did i have to ask for anything.also the location for the area was awesome.I found the resort to be right in the middle of everything walking distance to amusement parks,shopping,dinning.easy to go north or south to other options you may wish to visit..If i ever have a chance to go to myrtle beach again I want the same room at Westgate Resort cause the view was just wonderful of the ocean because its is a right on the beach resort! thanks for helping to make my vacation a wonderful memory i"ll never forget.!!

“Accomodations bad and very noisy”

The accomodations are extremely small. What they call a 1 bedroom is smaller than studios we have stayed at. When you reserve a two bedroom there isn't even a table and chairs to eat at. There was a table and 2 chairs on the balcony and even though it was cold we ate dinner out there. It is way too cold to eat breakfast out there this morning. This is the smallest two bedroom we have ever stayed at. We have been doing internal exchanges since 1990. We have stayed at other timeshare resorts at Myrtle Beach and this is definitely the worst. A dog kept us awake and there were doors slamming and keeping us awake. We know there are better places to stay in Myrtle Beach. We will never stay here again.

Room Tip: Stay some where else.

“You do not get what you reserved”

Thank you for your recent review of Westgate Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort. It appears from your review that you stayed in one of our two bedroom oceanfront deluxe units in Tower 1000. Every room in tower 1000 is oceanfront and has an unmatched view of the ocean. The two bedroom is approximatly 936 square feet, has three separate oceanfront balconies, a hot tub located in the master bedroom with a king bed, a walk in rain-head shower, washer and dryer, four flat screen televisions with matching remote DVD players and a fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette. There is an eating area that sits four comfortably as well as a folding table that will sit two in the two bedroom unit.

We must apologize about the other individual that had the barking dog. We do ask that our guests with pets are sensitive to the needs of other guests and to not disturb them as well.
I offer our apologizes and sincerely wish for you to return to Westgate Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort. We strive to ensure that our owners and guests are enjoying themselves and expectations are not only met - but exceeded.

“Tima's Short Myrtle Beach Stay”

Our OceanView was the Bomb!!!!!!!!! Clean, Roomy, 12th Floor.. Seen water and the Road :) Only there one night b 4 our drive to Charleston for our cruise.. (Nov 13,2012) Had a Hot tub and of cousre it was in the NEWER tower. LOve LOve LOVe.. Must go to Margartivalle to
