“Friendly atmosphere and great breakfast bar!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This was our second stay at the Dunes and we were not disappointed. The hotel is clean. They staff in each department treated us like royalty...they were nice, friendly, and went above and beyond duty to make our vacation perfect! Marcus and Ryan, in the cafe/bar are winners! I cannot say the food in the cafe was as great as the staff...it was hit and miss. Don't get the seafood platter! The breakfast bar, with omelets was perfect...they had something for everyone and we were never disappointed! I suggest the omelets!

Great family resort we stayed in the two bedroom condo on the 12th floor the view was absolutely amazing the size of the room was great also the only complaint about room would be that the living room needed new furniture the furniture that was there was old and outdated other than that the room was great as for the resort the restaraunt captain cafe serves very good food and the water park is a nice option if the weather is not great overall our very first visit to dunes village was great and we would definitely stay there again when we come back to the myrtle beach area

We had a tough choice between a pet friendly hotel and leaving our dog with a sitter. Although, we missed our dog, we rented a 3br angle ocean view, room 921 at Dunes. The bedrooms were nice size, with comfortable beds. The living room furniture was dated. There were also a few punch list work orders we told the front desk about. The water pressure was awesome. The location to the beach, tiki bar, beach dj dancing was excellent. The food in the captains cafe and onsite Starbucks was also great. Try the chilli dogs, nachos, and shrimp po boy sandwich.

The wifi worked.

Plenty to do at the resort and around Myrtle Beach. The watermark and indoor outdoor pools were great. The pools and gym were open a wide range of hours. The elevators in the hotel and garage were slow during peak times as well as the availability of carts.
The weather was beautiful, staff were friendly also. It was a great 4 day getaway. The ocean view was great. I would definitely recommend.

Room Tip: Ocean view and high floors

I have visited Myrtle Beach many times, but this was my first visit at this resort.I was worried that there wouldn't be anything for my 3 year old daughter to do but I was fooled! My family and I had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, Exceptional Hotel Cleanliness Excellent kid activities(even for toddlers),Great food, Convenient to all shops and local attractions! I just can't say enough, it was definitely a pleasure to stay here with my family, We will be returning!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Dunes Village Resort! The resort is very clean and very family oriented! The beach was very clean and never felt overly crowded! The water parks for the kids were wonderful! The pools were all great as well. We will definitely be planning another trip to the Dunes village next year!

This resort has something for everyone. We are a young couple and love to stay at Dunes Village. We stay at least twice a year. However, this resort is great for both couples and families. There is a ton of activities in the summer for kids/families and the pools, lazy rivers, and slides are fantastic. We have always had excellent service and all staff is always very nice and helpful! We will continue to stay here time and time again.

Room Tip: Make sure to write down the license plate number and make/model of your car. They will ask for it du...
