This was my wife's and my first visit to Myrtle Beach, and we loved our room at the Carolinian. We were in an oceanfront standard room with a king bed. The view was beautiful, and the room was well appointed. Our experiences with staff members left us pleased; everyone we came in contact with was courteous and very helpful. We did have rude, noisy neighbors the first night of our stay, but did not have any noise complaints after that, and I don't blame the hotel for their guests' lack of courtesy. My only complaint about the hotel itself was about the showers: the water pressure was poor (at least on the 9th floor) and the water temperature was very inconsistent (from warm to cold to burning hot and back again in seconds). I would happily stay here again, though.

The staff was very friiendly and courteous from the moment I stepped in the door. I had an ocean view room which they upgraded to an ocean fron,t just on my request and one was available. The accomodations were very nice and it had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel. The only problem i noticed was being able to regulate the water temp when taking a shower. Overall, it was a great stay.

Staff was friendly and courteous . Room was clean and modern, beds were very comfortable. The weather was not great but enjoyed the indoor lazy river and exercise facility. Location was very very convenient to everything
