Were should I start I am in the military and googled alot of hotels, and saw blue water. When I spoke with Amy to reserve my room she was very friendly and advised me of the policies of the $100 and non refundable first night stay. Apparently what she forgot to tell me was you have to ask to "GO GREEN" so you can have maid service. First of all I have never ever heard of that in my life. Then there is a card in the room that tells you that the room's linen is cleaned and all the good stuff. When I first walked in I thought everything was good, until further inspection not all of the outlets work, there were sunflower seeds on the floor. And I discovered little bites all over my arms to discover they were from bed bugs. So I had to come home and wash everything that touched the beds in the room. I have stayed alot of places and have never had a bad stay and never had been bitting by bed bugs. My fellow colleagues discovered blood on there sheets so went to walmart and purchased sheets to sleep on. Because we didn't have the maid service they only charged us $126 instead of the $141, but there is a hospitality charge of a $1. Now from reading the reviews I see the General Manager responds with a nice generic explanation of what is going on, instead of doing that spend the night in one of the rooms and make some changes. Because for some reason you are willing and able to take our money, but not make the hotel a place were people want to spend there money. When I come back I will be spending my money with a place that knows how to treat there consumers. We are the ones that are helping you pay your bills, just the way you work hard for your money we do to and when we spend it we want to be happy with what we are getting.
