My husband and I were traveling to set New Year's goals and rest and relax. Autum at the front desk helped us upgrade our room which made our 4 night get-away extra special. The rooms were well-appointed, the beach front view was excellent and the surrounding restaurants boasted excellent seafood! It was VERY quiet since this was the off-season in Myrtle Beach. We'll definitely return next winter!

Purchased membership at Anderson ocean club with HGVC previous year ,so was our first visit to our property location .Received numerous call welcoming us for our up coming stay .i informed them i was not wanting to to do any weclome tours as i am already a member .
arrived and setteld in to our weeks vacation ,bathroom and kitchen /refrigerator not clean properly
then it started calling twice or more a day wanting to welcome us and try sell us membership .
HGVC get it together and not be so pushy in doing this .This big turn off as a member and as a quest after informing them to stop calling still received calls .more than likey will not return to this property as a result of this.
This is a nice property and the hotel staff were very helpful otherwise . 7 0ut of 10 .Not good enough for my liking as a investor .

I have probably stayed here 3 dozen if not more times over the last 3 years. The staff is always friendly and courteous, the rooms are always nice, neat and clean and the location can't be beat. It gets a little frustrating when staying here during the peak travel/vacation times, but I'm also used to staying here when there aren't many people there. I also take my family here from time-to-time to get a little of the Myrtle Beach scene even though we own a vacation home on the North Carolina Coast.

First off, I have a family of 6 (my husband, myself, and 4 children). Traveling can be somewhat difficult, but not on this trip. The parking garage is somewhat of a headache though because it is located across the way from the hotel. So, we had a problem carrying our luggage and beach items into the hotel. Once in the hotel though we were blown away by the beauty and the niceness of the staff. Upon check in our room was "not ready", so they gave us a Penthouse. It had two beds, great view of the ocean, and full equipped kitchen. Very well suited for our large family. We seen an advertisement for an Applebees that said "kids eat free" so we called down to the front desk to find the nearest location and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pools and hot-tub were great too with easy access to the ocean and beach area. We used one of their coupons they gave us and had lunch at a nearby restaurant. The surrounding area has many shops to buy souvenirs. Overall, it was so enjoyable for a family trip.
