“Best Caesar ever...crazy huh?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 11, 2014

As a foodie, I usually would not order a Caesar Salad, but the description was so enticing, and It was Excellent. Everything we tried( 9 items ) was so well thought out and executed. The chef has some amazing ideas and his fusions are impressive. Looking forward to our next visit. Tomorrow.

“This is a fantastic local pub (gastropub)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2014

We have been waiting for Fire & Smoke to open. Tried it for the first time and very pleased with the beer selection, food and service. Only opened 3 weeks ago ... but man is the word out. On a cold damp Saturday night the places was getting full by 7 pm.
Start off with the fresh baked soft pretzel twist appetizers. Awesome!!

“Best dining experience we've had in Myrtle Beach in many, many years”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 8, 2014

Calm, cool atmosphere with great food and attentive service. For a celebration dinner, we split the duck confit nachos, caesar salad and buffalo meat loaf. We were out (with a drink apiece) for $52 bucks plus tip. One person could make a meal out of the nachos - great taste with a little pineapple thrown in. Caesar salad was huge and slightly grilled taste. Buffalo meat loaf, topped with mashed potatoes, was lean and very tasty. We left full but not stuffed. Service was friendly, very attentive, but not pushy or obvious. Lunch menu looks very interesting for a quiet meeting with clients or business associates.

“Interesting food choices”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2014

Tucked a bit out of the way in the old Lombardo's space is this new gastropub. We had a large table and I must say the service was excellent; attentive, prompt, not overbearing. Food options were varied, but we tried alot; the pork belly and short ribs were fantastic and not a scrap of food was left on the dozen plates. Attmosphere was laid back, dark lighting. Bar sits about 8 comfortably, a reasonable place to sit if you are by yourself. Myrtle Beach needs more dining options like this, high quality food with some flair... lets hope the locals support it.
