“Sensational Seafood Selection”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2014

All aboard for an assortment of seafood prepared so many delicious ways! It's a busy place but you don't feel rushed by the smiling staff. Enjoyed the food and shipboard ambiance. I also made a purchase at the gift shop. I will be sure to eat there again when I'm in the area.

“Get there early to avoid the wait”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2014

The best Calabash in the area. Get there before 6 PM to avoid the wait. Over 180 items on the buffet! All were great. Crab legs are on the top of the list. The cold Boiled shrimp with the sauce is as good as any I have had in the USA. We come here every year for at least one dinner.

“Crabs, Crabs, and more Crabs”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2014

We couldn't believe the amount of selections they had to offer. The staff was friendly. The inside reminded me of being on a ship. We absolutely loved the place. They get a 10 in our book. If you love seafood and want to really to get to experience a fun place, visit the original Benjamins. They are several different ones, so don't be fooled or you may be disappointed. Visit the one at 9593 North Kings Hwy. We loved it!

“Value because everywhere is expensive.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2014

I think this is a value because anywhere you go to eat seafood you are spending $25 a plate. Why not pay for a few extra dollars and get all the variety. All the fried seafood you could dream of, steamed mussels and clams, soups and crab legs. Service was wonderful (kept table clean and drinks full).

“170 menu items and none that were good”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2014

The food was over cooked, too salty and drowning in butter. It's way too expensive for the crap food you get and the layout means you're constantly running into people. The only highlight is the kids play area in the basement.
