First time eating at Chuck's. Interior was a surprise after seeing the brilliant paint job on the outside. Our waiter was awesome. One of our group was thrilled with the wine cheese spread, onion rings and said the prime rib was awesome. The two men had ribs and said they were good. Everyone enjoyed the salad bar. I got the recommended sirloin cooked medium as suggested. The prime rib enthusist thought it was perfect. For me it was so-so. It was a very odd shaped piece of beef. Sort of a triangular piece with a high bump in the middle and sloped ends. Ends were ok but the middle was cooked to an almost rare. We will go back as our friend can't wait to eat there again, but I'll go the salad route.
