I ate at the 9701 Kings Highway location. I don't know if that makes a difference. The crab legs were watery, I can only think it has something to do with the freezing/thawing process. The drawn butter was awful! I truly think (they denied it) that they used the same oil as the Salad Bar had for vinegar and oil dressing. The butter was clear and never showed a hint of cooling back to butter. It is a real shame to ruin even marginal crab legs with bad oil, I mean "butter". The various shrimp I tried were very good. I liked the well seasoned fish filets that were offered. The prime rim and steak looked too nasty to even think of trying. The prime rib looked like it was cooked enough to cut into strips of beef jerky, As far as the steak, I am glad they had a sign telling me what it was, because I'm not sure I would have known otherwise. It did appear to have whip marks on it, so it could very likely have been saved from going to a glue factory.
The Dr. Pepper and water were both good. The banana pudding was excellent. If you want to have helpful staff be very attentive to your needs, and eat some really good hush puppies, come to this restaurant. A word of advice if you do go there, don't eat the food.
