If you're looking for a quiet place that doesn't advertise in the advertisement-loaded tourist attractions publications, a place where there is no ear-drum busting music and any children are quiet and well behaved, plus where the food is exquisite, then this is the place for you. It is not inexpensive, but with the caliber of the cooking and the service, you wouldn't expect it to be. As other reviewers have noted, the owner, Shad, is extraordinarily welcoming and it is clear his aim as host is to make your evening the most pleasant it can be. He fulfilled that goal and then some! Two friends and I who were in Myrtle Beach for a week wanted a special treat to end our week there and could not have been more pleased. The service was extraordinarily professional - our server, Danny, had clearly made his career as a professional waiter and it shows. The service was seamless - never hovering, but always there when you needed assistance.
When next we are in MB, we will NOT leave without enjoying a meal at the Library. Thanks, Shad et al.
