Overall good stay. Room on the 14th floor had nice oceanfront view. Could have been cleaner, found a chicken bone on the floor in one of the rooms. Food in the disposal, and hair in the bathtub. On our last day, The elevators we're broken so we had to walk up and down 14 flights of stairs to pack the car. Not the resorts fault but tough. Pools and hot tubwhere decent but full during the day. Overall, goood stay.

We had a room in the south tower that we could not stay connected to the wifi. They gave us a room in the north tower and it was better. We were told they are replacing the system. I hope that is true because that was the only downside of the stay. Breakfast Buffet was great, you will not be disappointed. If you want collect shells walk north on the beach, less traffic and many more shells. Overall a great time was had by all of us. Will likely use this hotel/resort again.

Room Tip: North tower seemed to have nicer rooms.

- Make sure you check prices on ALL booking sites. We found prices varied almost $100 a night in certain cases.

- Most of the rooms / suites are personally owned. Before you check in, ask to see the room as the conditions vary DRASTICALLY... The room we stayed in this time was less clean and the beds were very hard... However still better than most places in MB.

- The pools are very nice and overall pretty clean... Heated too! Tiki bar is a plus and they take CCs.

- Do not leave money laying around in your room. One of the cleaners mistakenly thought money left on a counter was a tip (smh). However, I chalk that up to my mistake for leaving it out.

- OVERALL: Still one of the best places to stay based on minimal traffic, Walmart being less than a mile away, clean beaches, and nice restaurants in the area. My mild OCD lets me stay here comfortably... Lol...

God bless and safe travels... Todd :)

Property is well kept outside. Checkin was super easy. Our room was clean and well supplied.
We did notice the kitchen, although clean, needs to be updated. White appliances, fridge has some scratches that have rusted. The room would benefit from a few pictures or other wall decor. I see one large mirror in each room. The power box should be covered with a picture.
A tv channel listing would be helpful. We did have help from a very nice man, he came from the desk to help my son hook up his game system to their tv.
As the title says, bed is super hard. That is a common problem with king beds at the beach.
Housekeeping was very nice and courteous.
Pool towels should be at the pool, not the front desk. That should be a no brainer. Also a bathroom is urgently needed. Instead of closing down the lazy river for updating, they need to build a small family bathroom at the pool area for each tower. This needs to be a priority.
This hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful. If they will make some changes as above it would make a huge difference in the overall enjoyment by the guests.

Your right in the middle of North Myrtle and South Myrtle. The only issue we had was the wifi was less than par. Couldn't stay connected more than 2 minutes. Did not expect that. Overall, It was a very pleasant experience at this resort.

Room Tip: Rooms in the North Tower have sunlight on their pool all day, unlike the south tower's, whose i...

Honestly, I was very happy with the grounds and the room and have no real complaints there. I do have a big issue with the WiFi that was offered.
I was there for my daughters Cheerleading competition so I was planning on sitting around a lot in between sessions. Sadly this time was wasted because, although I planned doing some work and some training on the internet, this proved to be virtually useless. Not only did I have issues connecting with a multitude of devices, I even sat on the phone with their network people to no avail. I normally wouldn't complain about this but I have had better service in cheap motels and was really relying on getting somethings done over the long weekend.

As I mentioned above, the ground were nice. This time of year it was still too cold to go into the pool and such but they were clean. The rooms were clean and the hotel management was polite and very accommodating.

Overall I would normally rate this as a 4 1/2 or 5 but since I was unable to utilize the internet and get my work done I am giving them a 2.

Just returned from a weekend break, stayed oceanfront 2 double beds. The beds are short and broken down on the sides-need to be replaced room 1111. There was an odor that while not disgusting, an odor that should not have been there. Could not figure out what it was. The room was clean, the sitting area was nice. Take care of the smell and put in larger, firmer beds. The beach area is great!
