This was an unplanned mini vacation. My sister in law had chosen this hotel on the internet for their vacation. We decided to join them so we booked a room not knowing what to expect. We were very pleased with our room. The hotel staff were very nice. The pool area was great and right on the beach. We were able to walk to shops and some resturants.This was also a nice time of year. The weather was good and there are no crowds

The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities allowed us to eat our breakfast and lunch in the room. This gave us more time in the pool and on the beach because we did not have to travel around and look for a restaurant. The staff was very nice - they even gave us a key to another room so we could look at the floorplan! This is our second stay at the Sandcastle. There will be a third!

I took a chance on the Sandcastle after looking over reviews on line and was not disappointed! Everything was as promised. Staff on the front desk down to the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and accomodating. Hotel and room were very clean and as advertised. We will definitely be visiting again and won't hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

Stayed at the Sandcastle South for four nights 9/12-16/2009 with five adults and a 15 month old grandson. We could not have possibly had a more excellent vacation. The front desk was welcoming and effecient at all times and the value for the stay was outstanding. The housekeeping staff was super. Our room was cleaned daily and wonderfully neat and organized. The grounds and pools are great and well attended. The food in the cafe was excellent as was the service. All considered we will be returning soon I am sure. The reservations staff and especially the General Manager respond at once to online or phone inquiries. Great property all around. Go see them!!!
