First and foremost to me is cleanliness and this hotel gets an A+! From our room to the hot breakfast area...spotless:). The beach is literally across the street. Staff were fantastic, especially breakfast woman who insisted on making us waffles and bringing them to us. Maintenance came right over when we thought the water was not hot enough. Cleaning crew were delightful. Facilities at beach rooms available to us. Outdoor pool was closed but still perfectly maintained. Good sized room/efficiency (sink,frig,stove oven, microwave, table and chairs). For a great price on marathon weekend. Hotel gave out breakfast bags to runners and opened breakfast at 4:30 for us. Sitting chairs and table out front of room too. Parking is tight but it is on the beach. And there was a very strange "draining water?" Sound that would kick in trough the walls at times. We really were comfortable here and would love to come back!

The hotel is located on the Strand. We stayed in a non-ocean view 2br suite. There were four adults and we were all quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly. There is onsite parking. It's a little cramped if you park at the front but there are also spaces around the back. I would definitely stay there again. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in at Myrtle Breach.

We had an incredible time staying at this hotel for a week. We stayed on the 4th floor in the ocean front building. It was great waking up every morning to the view and enjoy a cup of coffee on the rocking chair on the balcony. So beautiful!

The owner was very helpful, as was all of the front desk staff. The breakfast was fine, although by the end of the week we were ready to go out and get something different.

We really enjoyed our visit. Great quality for the price.

We got a fabulous rate for a King Suite in the off season. Don't be thinking large though when you hear "King Suite". It's actually only slightly larger than a regular room, with some added amenities. The sitting area is nice with a fairly comfortable couch. The thermostats are controlled on the wall, which seems to work well and be more accurate than the ones on the units. The kichenette is stocked with utensils/dishes, and is very usable. This is a big plus to the suite, though with so many fabulous restaurants around, we only used it for 2 meals and some snacks. The bathroom is nicely laid out. The tub is a "jacuzzi" tub, but it is small for that use and because it is deep, it takes some care to get in and out of. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. There is a lot of closet storage.
I would recommend to the staff to wall mount both the tv's (sitting room and bedroom). I would delete the dresser in the sitting room and add another chair or nothing. I would change the large dresser in the bedroom to a shorter 2 drawer one. With all the closet space, there is not the need for the huge dresser.
The staff of this hotel is wonderful. Breakfast is decent. I overhead staff talking and found out that this is a place that gets repeat business. It is not as fancy as other places, but it is well priced and well located. There are indoor and outdoor pools.
