Great location, good parking, fast elevators! Pools were warm but kinda small! Need to add a sauna! Uncomfortable sofa bed(they all are) should have been wall beds in rooms! Overall a decent place to stay in MB!

Room Tip: All are oceanfront! I prefer higher floor!

This was a different getaway with the primary focus being a long weekend and some golf on a budget. This is our first stay at the Camelot and it was chosen based on price. This is not what we are used to, but was decent. The staff was very nice and they have no control over the age of the building and beds. Unfortunately se very teams from the volleyball tournament in town seemed to be staying there too. The beds were not very comfortable and the curtains do a very poor job of blocking out the light from the building spotlights so it is impossible to get the room dark for sleeping. We are accustomed to breakfasts at places we stay, and I did not even notice that there was no breakfast here. When you have a family of 4 that adds up another 40 bucks a day and a lot more convenience, but that was my fault for not noticing that. We chose it based on price and location. For what it was and for the price though, it was a decent place with a very pleasant staff.

Room Tip: Stay above the 11th floor. The doors to the rooms open up to the parking garage on 10 and below and...

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite that felt like a condo. We had plenty of room and a tv in every bedroom. The indoor pool and lazy river were nice. Friends came down from Pa. to get a break from the cold and rented the room for the weekend and invited us to come stay. Nice sunrise from the 18th floor facing the beach. Would stay again in a minute.

We have been staying at the hotel for the last 5 years. It isn't new but it's very well maintained and always clean. The rooms are ocean front. We had the studio this year and it was perfect. We could listen to the ocean and watch TV. The room comes with a small but nice kitchen with a standard oven and fridge. We made hot chocolate and sat on the deck reading and relaxing. The lobby staff are very friendly and helpful. On the ground floor is a fun lazy river. One of these days I will figure out how to ride the lazy river and read. We will be back again next year but next year we will stay a few more days. I do suggest that you review all the rewards they give you for staying there as some of them are really excellent. So please check them out before you go out to eat.

I loved the cleanliness and location. I was a kinda disappointed that I couldn't get a queen size bed but the bedding was comfortable. There was some used womens underwear near the head of the bed on the floor and a old condom wrapper under them. I didn't see it til I dropped my phone before it was check out time. I was in a hurry and I forgot to advise the desk manager.

We stay at Camelot whenever we go to Myrtle Beach. The only thing that was a problem was the hot water - it took a very long time to get any. Otherwise it is a good place for the money. Nice location for the hotel. Very close to the Sky Wheel.

Room Tip: Get a room away from the elevators. Noisy at the start of the night, but does quiet down later in t...

We stopped here on New Year's Eve as the Vacancy sign was on. I was intrigued by the name: Camelot and wanted to see if they lived up to the name. Parking my Jaguar XK was difficult, did not really feel safe in check in parking. The lobby smelled like a dive motel. The front desk clerk seemed nervous and advised us no rooms, and he had not had the time to turn out the Vacancy sign. Don't remembered if he apologized but I believe he did. We left and instantly I knew this place was ripping off Camelot. Definitely did not provide the port in the storm we were looking for and we're excited about when we saw the Vacancy sign on. Found a port in the storm in Surfside at the Surfside Resort Hotel.

Room Tip: Have no idea.
