“We Thought We Were In Manhattan!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 19, 2013

I love this place! The food is delicious New York deli style authentic stuff! I had a simple corn beef on rye. My husband had the rueben. Each of us sides of potato salad and a nice pickle. The deli was crowded as you would expect of a good New York style deli, but the service was fast. Mike is colorful and has that New York attitude and accent that makes you feel like you made a quick trip to the Big Apple. Ain't that right Mike?

“What's not to like!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

It's New York the moment you step inside. You just can't get a better sandwich especially the pastrami and corned beef. Unique selection of soft drinks too.

“Very tasty”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2013

We will definitely be returning to this deli next vacation. My husband and I love sandwiches and this place doesn't disappoint. The pastrami sandwich was delicious. The lox bagel sandwich was also good. We like to go to family owned/ nonchain businesses.

“Go for lunch, not breakfast”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2013 via mobile

We went once for breakfast and a second time to pick up sandwiches for lunch later in the day. The sandwiches were delicious, especially the Reuben. The younger ones enjoyed the sour dough on their kids' sandwiches. Unfortunately, the breakfast we had there was so bad, I had to give the deli an average rating. The cheese in the omelets consisted of slices of American cheese draped across the top. I can't remember the last time I had to eat American cheese! We ended up throwing our omelets out and just sharing a dry bagel.

“Great institution - even if we didn't fully capitalize”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 30, 2013

Yankees and Jets memorabilia abound in this NY Deli transplanted like its owners 15 years ago from Long Island. Fantastic subs with high quality meats are extremely tempting -even for a vegetarian! Served up with a good NY mix of brusque brushoffs with local stories. Great atmosphere. We had to stick to the egg salads and cheese offerings, which were honestly barely up to Subway standards. There's a way to juice up even subs that lack tons of meat- more of the salads or cheese - better toppings, etc. But I won't have our own food preferences damage this review - the line was long- the locals love it--and it's good enough to shut down at 2:30 in the afternoon. Fuhget abouttit and just head over there.
