Beautiful location on the beach. Inside there are lots of conversation areas facing the beach. Great staff - they were very helpful with restaurant in the area and direction to various venues. The breakfast could have been better.

We loved the Hampton. The service and cleanliness and professionalism is top notch. They offer continental breakfast. We didn't try the pool but it looked fun. The outdoor pool and lazy river we didn't use now in December but hope to return this summer. Now the beach and the ocean r reasons to stay there alone. Beautiful is an understatement. Room was very clean. Lobby was nicely decorated for Xmas.

My wife and i spent CHRISTmas 2012 at the Hampton and were VERY VERY pleased. The rooms and all areas were very clean and well kept. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and inviting.

Having said that our best memory is the PEOPLE. Everone from the front desk to the wonderful ladies serving breakfast to the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. Even though they had to work the holiday they were still smiling and nice. We will be back.

We had made a reservation at another oceanfront property but changed due to Tripadvisor reviews. We visited the other property and were glad we changed!
The Hampton Inn reception area was quite inviting. The staff in all areas were helpful, courteous, and quite professional. Breakfast was adequate and the ladies staffing the area kept everything full. Our 11th floor room had two beds with the requisite balcony. Wonderful views, comfie beds, usual amenities. The room itself was a bit snug - hard to get to the closet. We could occasionally hear our neighbors, but not too much. On a personal note, would have liked softer tp. The balcony had plenty room with solid rocking chairs in which we enjoyed people-watching and listening to the surf. Everything was clean - our room, the breakfast areas, the pools, everywhere we went.
There is a note about car height when making reservations. The garage is convenient but indeed the ceiling is low and spaces are not wide.
The biggest surprise was the abundance of sitting areas on the main level. Many places to visit with friends or to find a private nook. I especially enjoyed sitting in front of the fire one evening watching tv in one of the areas while my husband enjoyed a football game in our room.
Oh, don't forget... pools, pools, and more pools. Several indoor pools and hot tubs, several outdoor pools, and a couple outdoor but covered pools for those not wanting too much sun. I should clarify that several of the multiple options were actually "lazy rivers", but whatever, there were many and all clean and pleasant. We used the indoor hot tubs (spa tubs?) on the ground level two of the three mornings we were there, followed by a few laps in the regular pool. Great way to start our days.
If we return to Myrtle Beach, this is certainly where we will choose to stay.
