Ate there last night with my husband and in-laws. Tripadvisor reviews brought us here. Was the best meal we had all week during our stay. I had the penne alla vodka, asked for the prosciutto to be well done (which the chef was good enough to do -- thanks!!) and it was delicious. My husband had fettuccine alfredo with chicken (slight mix up as the chicken arrived separately and it wasn't quite hot enough so was sent back and piping hot only minutes later), and in-laws had shrimp scampi and chicken margarita and everyone cleaned their plates! Warm bread with a lovely dipping oil infused with red pepper and a tasty salad to start. Excellent value! This restaurant should be rated #1 because of the food and great service. Our server, Melissa was an absolute gem -- so sweet, attentive and obliging and even brought over a piece of the most decadent chocolate cake at the end to apologize for my husband's dinner. I loved that this is a family run business with food made from scratch with such flavourful ingredients. Such a refreshing change from the buffets and chain restaurants in Myrtle Beach. The only disappointment was that we didn't go earlier in our trip because we would've gone again! Also really enjoyed the quaint and classy atmosphere. Was like a little piece of Italy! Thank you Toscana!
