I contacted HB Riding of Myrtle Beach on Tues. 12/23/08. I asked how far in advance I needed to make a reservation. I was told a couple of hours notice was all that was needed. On Tues. 12/30 I sent an e-mail to HB Riding of Myrtle Beach asking for directions and a reservation on Fri. 1/2/09. To date I have never received a response back from them. My daughter and I traveled to Myrtle Beach on Thurs. 1/1/09. On Fri. 1/2/09 @ 11:00 a.m. I called HB Riding of Myrtle Beach and left a message that I would like to make a reservation to ride that afternoon or on Sat. 1/3/09. By 3:00 p.m. I had not received a call back and I called them to check on my reservation. The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude to me and asked "didn't I just talk to you" and I said "no" and that I had left a message earlier that morning and wanted to follow-up. He then said "we're booked solid today and tomorrow". I tried to explain that i had made attempts by phone and e-mail to make a reservation. The gentle man then said to me "don't get an attitude with me". I was extremely upset because this was part of my daughter's Christmas present and it crushed me to have to tell her that we were not going to get to horseback ride on the beach. I do hope that no one else has had this experience, however if you have please share your story as well.
