“Wonderful Stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2011

Stayed here off season for a great rate. Very nice hotel--large, super clean room, soft fluffy towels, very comfortable beds and absolutely no noise from nearby airport. Only negative is that breakfast is expensive ($10 for anything) and not included in room. Really not a problem to find another place--Cracker Barrel very close as well as others. Warm tasty cookies waiting for us when we returned after dinner. Close to shopping or movies for evening entertainment. We'd stay here again.

Thank you very much for staying with us. We are so excited to hear you had a great time and enjoyed all of our amenities including the cookies! Next time you stay with us I recommend booking the Bed N Breakfast package. It's a great deal and breakfast is then included in your rate! We all look foward to seeing you the next time your travels bring you to Myrtle Beach!
Sincerely,
Lindsey Bowman

Our company had booked us in the Hilton Garden for our hotel stay as well as for use of their meeting rooms for our conference. The hotel rooms were very nice and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good and served by a wonderfully attentive staff. My personal mistake was not allowing enough time to get down to breakfast before out meetings began. We are used to being offered a buffet -self serve type of breakfast where we have stayed in the past. At the HIlton, a server come to take your order and it is prepared fresh back in their kitchen. Not knowing the extra time would be needed for that type of prep, I arrived a little too close to my meeting start time to get to completely enjoy my breakfast. (no fault of the staff) Would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly. It is right on the property with the Coastal grand mall and nearby to several good restaurants.

Very nice hotel, clean convient to the mall and airport. We stayed here to avoid a long drive to catch a flight for vacation. Staff at the front desk were wonderful and went out of the way to get us to the airport on time when our cab did not show. The resturant is another matter. Our waitress was just nasty when we wouldn't fill out some card to recommend her for some award. We felt the service was good but not worth any special recognition. we'll stay here again but will not eat here if we see this waitress

We go to Myrtle Beach every year and we have stayed in many places on or near the beach. By far, the Hilton Garden Inn on Coastal Grand Circle is my favorite. We were graciously greeted by Jose and check-in was oh so simple. I don't know when the hotel was built but it looks to be new. It's situated on the same property of the Coastral Grand Mall which has a movie theatre which we took advantage of during the extremely hot days. Granted it's not on the beach but that's not an issue for us because we're able to drive there. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center and a nice size business center with two computers. Breakfast was $10 but we didn't take part because we ate out. We were in Room 326, which is for people with disabilities. OMG, I could not believe have huge the room was. I have been in rooms before for people with disabilities but this room was by far the largest I've been in. The hotel seemed to be booked but there was plenty of parking if we came in late at night. I'm looking forward to my next visit and hopefully I will be making a reservation at Hilton Garden Inn.

I only stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel is relatively new, is very clean but lackes character. Rooms were of a good size and comfortable with all the usual amenities of a hotel in this category. I found the location to be good as it is right next to a shopping mall and not too far from the action. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a new hotel and is well-kept. However, check-in was extremely slow as housekeeping was unable to turnover the rooms in a timely way. Also, service was extremely slow at breakfast. A sold-out hotel is no excuse. Otherwise my stay was fine.

Lobby bar closes at 9:00 PM we called the front desk to ask about alternatives nearby.

The guy who answered was clueless and said he knew no one that could provide any information about the immediate area because he was completely alone and didn't live close by. (Aren't front desk personnel supposed to know SOMETHING more about the area than guests, especially if they provide few if any accomodations besides a bed???)

We had a huge room that was half empty (just weird like the decorators got tired or they ran out of furniture), it was clean because it was a new hotel though.

It is a good hotel if all you need is a place to spend the night.
