“Great Time at the Beach”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

This is a first class hotel on the beach. It has everything you need to have a great stay at the beach. Three pools and water park for the family fun. Right on the beach with great ocean views. There are beach chairs and Umbrellas available to rent and a beach life station in front of ther hotel. Good restaurant on the property. The Kingston Plantation properties are well maintained and beautiful. Very close to shopping and great restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean attractive facility with classy environment.... Excellent service and very good full-complimentary breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to others based upon the environment, convenient location, service and quality of food. Accommodations were easy to adjust and amenities were appropriate.

stayed 4 nights 12/10 to 12/13. i have stayed at this property a number of times. it is busy even in december, there seemed to be a convention and a large christmas party there and it seems like that every year. the gym on the kingston plantation property is absolutely topnotch, the location is great, right near restaurant row, and breakfast is solid. one morning the omelet line was too long to wait for, and breakfast was crowded the last three days i was there. my room was very clean. oceanfront room really is oceanfront, with a very nice ocean view. overall very nice stay.

Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was very generous and friendly. Large complex
with a lot to do looked like. We didn't have a chance to really experience any of the
amenities. But, everything looked well maintained.

The hotel was nice and large. Breakfast items were ok. My first morning the grits and eggs were cold. The second morning I wasn't sure what the pancakes were. everything else on the bar was great. the bathtub was starting to peel at the bottom. Everything else was great. Service was great, workers were extremely helpful and a pleasure to serve you.

Typically, the Embassy Suites provides a level of service that I am very comfortable with while traveling. The manager's special and the complementary made-to-order breakfast and buffet provides additional value usually unmatched by other competitors. The Myrtle Beach location differs from other cookie-cutter layouts at most Embassy Suites by providing a more upscale infrastructure similar to five-star hotels. You must carefully navigate through narrow roads to the back of a development mixed with houses, timeshares, hotels and condos to get to the hotel. Once you arrive, the check-in process is very quick due to well staffing. The views from every window, especially in the restaurants and bar area, are simply beautiful whether you are looking out at the resort or the beach. The hotel staff was very friendly however, be warned, if you are a Hilton Honors member you will be approached for a timeshare presentation. The attached conference center with complementary Wi-Fi, relieved some of the stress associated with business travel. The rooms were not your typical layout out either. Although, I found it odd you had to go to the bathroom to get the bed, I really appreciated there were two entrances to the Terrace: the living area and the bedroom. The actual bathroom was small only including the toilet and the shower however, the space was efficient. Room service was nothing to write home to mom about however it was timely and typical of most hotel food. I had a comfortable stay in a double room. The sound structure of the building eliminated disturbances and noise from guests in the hallway and other rooms. The hotel also provided a free shuttle to local shopping malls and restaurants. The shuttle process was simple and convenient for both delivery and pick-up. The actual outside resort area was small however the decor was modern and included shopping, two pools, a couple of restaurants, access to the beach, and a lazy river. Overall, I had a enjoyable stay and, I would definitely go back.

The Embassy Suites at Myrtle Beach is the perfect hotel for everyone. If dad wants to stay in the
room and watch TV while mom, grams and kids go to the beach, he will be in his own castle with room service a phone call away. Peace and quiet at the beach....perfect. The suites can accommodate the whole family including a space for grandparents. Since there is always something for the kids to do, mom can actually read a book while grams watches all the fun the kids can show off. The rooms are large, the food is great and of course you are in the middle of more attractions than you can see in one visit. Trixy Galore
