My family said the chicken sandwich and cheese quesadilla where the best they ever had. Quickly seated. Good and friendly service.

“Good Food and Nice Atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 7, 2013

We always dine at Tommy Bahama's in MB as it is a favorite of ours. The food is good and drinks and desserts are also wonderful. They have Island Time from 4-7 at the bar with drinks and apps. ranging from $5-$7, which is great deal.

“Shrimp n grits”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013 via mobile

We went in for apps and ended up sharing an entree. The island time (happy hour) menu was great. Fantastic jerk chicken lollipops and fish tacos. We decided on trying the shrimp and grits after seeing this on the menu everywhere in the south. I'm so glad we decided to try it here. Totally and completely amazing. I would eat this every time. This is the only Tommy Bahamas that has shrimp and grits on their menu so try it. The drinks were also delicious.

“Excellent dinner and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

This place is a little bit out of the way from most of Myrtle Beach, located over in Market Commons. However, the trip was worth it. The service was excellent and the food was incredibly good. I was prepared for this to be an average or above average meal, similar to other mid-level chain restaurants. I was surprised by how good everything was and the variety on the menu. I opted for the swordfish meal, and it was very well seasoned and cooked perfectly and the risotto was just the right consistency. The lemon glazed asparagus was grilled just right with a nice tang to it. Our waitress was friendly, efficient, and helpful with recommendations. I wish I would have had room for desert, maybe next time. I would eat here again, maybe trying to go earlier to experience Market Common (shopping, etc.) as well after eating. While this is not the best meal I've ever had, it was certainly one of the best in Myrtle Beach.
