We were looking for a restaurant for my daughter's first birthday and run a little late. Checking out the internet I found that the kitchen closes at 9.30. So I called at 8.45 and wanted to ask whether there are still guests around (because we didnt want to be to only guests) and they told me that there are still guests but the kitchen closes at 9.30. So, I drove over there and arrived at 9.02PM and they tod me that they stop seating people at 9PM. I asked why they didnt tell me and told them that it is my daughters birthday but they didnt want to give me a table. So, I asked again and said "2 minutes after 9, are you serious?". Then one of the guests (I thought he is a guest because he said on a table with a lady and a newborn baby) said: "2 minutes for you are 30 minutes for me". I didnt really recognize that I was meant because i thought that he was a guest. Finally, the waiter gave us a table and ....here you go, I heard it again "2 minutes for you are 30 minutes for us". Thats what the "guest" said while he was getting up from the table to go to the kitchen. Now I realized that he was one of the cooks who was (sorry for my language) pissed, that he had to cook another dish. I was very upset and left because I was seriously concerned about the quality he will serve me after this "warm" welcome. Will not go there again. That is not customer friendly.

In response to your terrible experience, I regretfully must say how sorry I am. We of course do not condone this type of awful behavior nor have we built our great reputation by treating customers this way. Please believe me when I say this is not our values. I would love an opportunity to speak with you personally. I would need some more information to get to the bottom of this. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can make sure that your taken care should you reconsider your stance of dining with us.
