The restaurant is so new that it's difficult to find (it's next door to Five Guys in a small strip shopping center and across from Lowe's) . The town has yet to approve their sign, we were told.
This is a small, cozy place and it was wonderful to hear all the French-speaking customers. The chef is from Paris and her husband was waiting tables. Lunch was excellent with many terrific sandwich and salad selections. The dinner menu seems much more limited but will give it a try and I will return for lunch.
The restauranteurs had been in both Middleburg, Va. and Bethesda, Md. Owner said he spent a lot of time here as a child (or maybe he said he grew up here, forgot which!) and will not go back north. Word has spread quickly because they were doing so much business that it's apparent they need some additional wait staff.
How refreshing to find an authentic, non-chain, family-owned restaurant here! I hope they do well! They certainly have my vote.
