This was a second trip to Crave.
On the first trip, a Sunday brunch in May 2013, I thought the food was over salted, and that was everything, even the flavored butter, except for the fruit.
But because we had heard Crave was so good for dinner, and thinking the first time might have been a fluke, we went back last night.
Again everything was far too salty. We started with the oysters Rockefeller, a dish in which we expected salt, but salt over-powered the maple butter, my salad dressing and mac and cheese, and the pork dish ordered by my friend,
Just a suggestion here for the kitchen; use a lighter hand when salting food, and just put a shaker on the table. This is not a restaurant for anyone with hypertension.
