We resided in a villa and drove to the Sanctuary for dinner. The service began with valets who were professional and extended into restaurant. The hostess and wait staff were attentive and provided constant but not nagging service. We enjoyed the sampling of breads. The appetizer we chose , chickpea salad, was excellent. Our meals, shrimp and grits and catch of the day scallops, were culinary delights as well. My meal--scallops was specially made to meet my dietary restrictions. Dessert, pecan pie, was ordinary, but the overall experience was well worth the $ .
