“Another great meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2014

We have been to Frankie Bones several times now, and each experience has been very worthwhile. The restaurant was quite crowded, but we were seated promptly and service was attentive and unrushed. Our food was excellent - the tilapia crisp but still moist and the chicken Parmesan excellent as usual.

This has become a "go to" restaurant for us. It never disappoints!

“Worth another visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2014

This is a popular spot on the Island, particularly during restaurant week or if you know to ask for a SERG coupon booklet during Jan and Feb. The coupon book lists lunch and dinner deals, BOGO or other discounts at the various SERG restaurants on the Island. Our meal was very good, I had the Coffee Marinated Grilled Rib Eye which was one of the top five steaks I've ever had. The other dishes at out table were also very good but not as special as the Rib Eye. Busy place but very short wait, with a reservation, attentive service and over all a good evening out.

“Overated - Nice Atmosphere but food needs improvement!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2014

After hearing great things about this place we finally decided to check it for lunch and while the atmosphere was great the food was poor - my meatloaf special consisted of a 3/8 inch thick slice of slightly warm mystery meat (mostly bread crumbs) covered with a dollop of cold Campbell's mushroom soup along with a small amount of the worst tasting instant mashed potatoes since the sixties! That's all there was - no other vegetable. A friend sent his ice cold french fries back for a reheat and my wife's burger special could have been from a chains dollar menu. Sorry but I think this place is surviving on it's past reputation and that probably won't last long.

Hi Jim, Glad you joined tripadvisor just to review us, We like to hear all comments, good or bad, to help us see things through our customers eyes. Just to clarify, our meatloaf is ground prime beef with almost no fillers, our mushroom gravy is made from scratch, and our whipped potatoes are just that, peeled by hand, cooked and whipped with butter, cream and seasonings. (no hungry jack here :) Our Chop House Burger is eight ounces of prime sirloin that we grind and season in house. If for any reason you are not happy with your meal, please ask for a manager, we are here to assure that you leave a raving fan!

“Very good value, good food.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2014

As with most of the SERG restaurants, this is a very popular spot... good idea to get a reservation if you plan on showing up from 5 PM on. Ask for one of their coupon booklets to get an even better deal..
