“Must eat Sunday brunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 28, 2013

WOW! We feel this is the best brunch buffet on the island only on Sunday. You can eat in or out. It's a fmily run business with the owner making fresh omelets & eggs Benedict. There's also gumbo, eggs, hash, grits, sausage & gravy, bacon, pancakes, jambalaya, beignetts, banana foster bread pudding, fresh fruit, & I know I've left food out. Food is so tasty & fresh brought out as needed. Try it-you'll love it.

“GREAT CAJUN!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2013

Been here many times in the last few years of vacationing in Hilton Head. Awesome food!! Be prepared.. it takes them a few minutes to make your food. This isn't a "just order, grab, and leave" place. You'll be there a few minutes. But the place is pretty cool as well. Its a bit deceiving being located at the end of a strip mall and one may turn away from it at first glance. You are making a mistake if you do. Crawfish and Shrimp po' boys, gumbo, and fried crawfish are fantastic!!!

“Great Poboys”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

Did not want a big meal this night so opted for poboys at Kenny B's. Well that turned out to be a big meal. These poboys were large and filling. We shared a Whistle Stop poboy and fried scallop poboy. The whistle stop was full of bbq shrimp and fried green tomatoes - different and delicious. The scallops were large and fried perfectly. This is a small establishment with a few tables but designed perfectly for takeout. Crazy New Orleans decor with a mural wall that will fascinate you while you wait for your food. Very casual with reasonable prices and great food.

“It's not quite New Orleans, but close.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2013

We had 2 excellent dishes and an order of beignet's. The food was excellent! Not quite as good as New Orleans itself, but very good. I was slightly disappointed by the beignet's, but I think it was more that they were different than New Orleans and I was expecting Cafe du Monde. I would recommend coming here sometime during your visit.

“Huge sandwiches--all homemade”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

Amazing food and many selections. Try the sweet potates fries as a side and you will be in heaven! The deserts looked great but no room left to try any.
