La Bistro is new in town with very nice low country decor, which we all liked. It was the menu that gave me problems. The small plates were really small, like starters for a much higher price. When we eat at Wiseguys, we usually share five or six small plates between four of us, but in this case, the small plates left me really hungry. I was forced to order a hamburger. Basically, the whole menu needs to be revamped to cater for a wider audience. I love a restaurant menu where I struggle to decide because everything is appealing, not because I can't find a single thing I like. La Bistro fits into that category and I don't like ordering a hamburger when I eat out. The girls were happy with their bird food, but I left a bit disgruntled. If they fix the menu and the food, I will go back, but frankly, I prefer Wiseguys
