After looking around for a few months in search of a great cheesesteak, we found them at DryDock. As lifelong residents of Philly and the Jersey Shore, we have pretty high standards when it comes to hoagies and cheesesteaks. Here you get very tasty thin sliced meat on a good, crusty roll. Our server Pete, a friendly gent who gave us efficient outside service, informed us that the rolls are brought in from Amorosos in Pennsylvania. That is the simple secret of this excellent sandwich. Bloody Marys and cheesesteaks on the deck--what could be better!
