We used RH5 realty to book our vacation to Hilton Head Island. They had something called a villa special that guaranteed an ocean front room, with 3 bedrooms (king, queen, 2 twins, and a foldout), but you didn't find out which resort you would be at till check-in. We got there, and the room was discusting. There were chips in the seat cushions of the couch, stains on the furniture (these looked like garage sale couches at best), pizza sauce on the ripped dining room chairs, q-tips on the floor of the bathroom, and rotten food in the disposal, and that is just to name a few. We had 3 couples there, and we got one king, and 4 twin beds. We were told that since we recieved such a good rate, they didn't guarantee that we would recieve a queen with the room (which we were not told when we booked). The room had a decent balcony, but a tree that blocked the ocean view. The pool was good, but they had covered the hot tub with a deck, which was not advertised on the website. We finally were moved to the Ocean Club, which was nice. It was old, but at least clean, with an awesome roof deck to sit on. Other villas at Shorewood could be better, but I will never waiste another night on vacation there again.
