The staff was pleasant room smelled very clean but damp. Our main complaint was the noise level. You could hear every door slam, people walking down the hall talking and people outside with their luggage going over the cobble walkway. I was constantly waking up from noise level. Good luck with this one.

We spent a weekend here. We really enjoyed the hotel. It's a wonderful property and they are about to do an overhaul renovation. The hotel is great as is so I can't wait to return to see the upgrades. The staff is great. They make sure you are enjoying your stay. If you looking for a great place in Hilton Head come here. You will love it.

My con is they didn't know how to handle a groupon and kept charging a deposit to my card. They fixed it by the the end of the visit. So watch your card.

We wanted to get away for a few days to celebrate my husband's birthday but also wanted some much needed rest and quiet. I chose the Omni after looking at several resorts. I have to say the price almost scared me away--it was almost too low. I booked a premier room with an ocean view. Yes, the property is older (with a HUGE renovation to begin in 2013) but it is extremely well kept. Everyone we encountered did everything they could to make sure we were happy. To my knowledge, every resort we have visited in the last several years has charged a reset fee. This one came with free parking, free wi-fi, transportation anywhere within 3 miles, a morning beverage (your selection) was delivered at the specified time, to your door, nightly turndown service, free bottled water in the room....whew, worth every cent of my $18 a day. The fee was disclosed at the booking directly with Omni on it's website and also on Expedia when I checked the rates with them. We look forward to returning there again. Did I mention, we LOVED the location?

We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Very clean best service we ever experienced. You don't need to leave complex everything in walking distance. The best service we ever received.The hotel rooms were very large and comfortable. Above all, the staff performed superbly making the experience welcoming and efficient. Worth the stay for a night or more.
