We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Very clean best service we ever experienced. You don't need to leave complex everything in walking distance. The best service we ever received.The hotel rooms were very large and comfortable. Above all, the staff performed superbly making the experience welcoming and efficient. Worth the stay for a night or more.

This is an older property which needs an overhaul. It is very inconvenient and dangerous to take your luggage to your room....their are barely any lights at night which makes it difficult to see and there is no easy or safe way to get your luggage to your room. Our room had a chemical odor that was so strong you could taste it. It made it difficult to breath and rest in our room. We kept the door open all day to air it out but it didn't go away. The "resort" stats that it is 100% non smoking but when you left your balcony door open you could smell smoke coming into your room. We saw people smoking at the pool and on balconies. Even though the next day we did eco cleaning, the odor in our room and the hallway overwhelmed us. We wanted to leave early but unfortunately paid in full through Orbitz. We did end up leaving the property at 4 AM since we couldn't sleep well in our room. We did mention this to the desk but the response was we can spray some air freshener. As if we need more chemicals to hide the chemical smell. We would not recommend this so called resort which charges $18 per night resort fee.

We recently stayed at this hotel for five nights to attend a wedding . The wedding reception food and facilities were well-organized and excellent . The hotel rooms were very large and comfortable with the usual amenities. Being right on the beach was great for taking our grandchildren on" shell-collecting" beach walks ! The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive .The restaurants were somewhat expensive but the food quality was very high and the service was excellent . We would definitely return to stay at this hotel in the future.

We wanted a few days away from home and found the best deal in Hilton Head. We were pleasantly surprised that the Omni Resort was offering a great deal for oceanside rooms. The rooms are all 500 sq ft with kitchenette and living rooms. Great King sized bed and quiet location. The staff was great and room service prices reasonable. We'll be back.
