Nice size room - complete kitchen - The bed was very comfortable! There were a few stains on the sofa pillow - don't know from what? I probably don't want to know! Breakfast was just ok - less than a lot of other hotels. Overall, nice.

We booked two nights at this hotel with a Groupon we had purchased. We were pleased from start to finish with our long weekend here. The suite was huge with a complete kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. The front desk check in and check out was extremely fast and pleasant. The front desk was very helpful when we asked questions or recommendations. Continental breakfast was o.k, and location very convenient. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

My family and I used a Groupon and stayed at Park Lane for 3 nights last week. It was a nice clean place. The pool was not heated though so my daughters were quite disappointed. On the flip side the hot tub was scalding. My wife and I were enjoying a drink at the pool with dinner and watched people get into the hot tub and stay for no more than a minute. Their breakfast was decent but the eating area wasn't big enough. It filled up really fast, especially with people staying at the table after they finished and watching the big screen tv.

On a side note, this place would get a 5 star from me if they took better care of the grounds. They list tennis and basketball courts. Well they do have tennis courts and I think I saw a beach volleyball net in a really run down area but it took me quite a while to find the basketball hoop. It was stuck in the back of one of the tennis courts beside a small playground on the dirt.

Staying on the Island for three nights. We are used to most pet friendly hotels being in poor conditions so when we came into this room it was a very nice surprise. All updated features and a lil balcony. Close to all the happenings.
