“Nice hotel on Hilton Head island.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013

Nice size room - complete kitchen - The bed was very comfortable! There were a few stains on the sofa pillow - don't know from what? I probably don't want to know! Breakfast was just ok - less than a lot of other hotels. Overall, nice.

We booked two nights at this hotel with a Groupon we had purchased. We were pleased from start to finish with our long weekend here. The suite was huge with a complete kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. The front desk check in and check out was extremely fast and pleasant. The front desk was very helpful when we asked questions or recommendations. Continental breakfast was o.k, and location very convenient. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

My family and I used a Groupon and stayed at Park Lane for 3 nights last week. It was a nice clean place. The pool was not heated though so my daughters were quite disappointed. On the flip side the hot tub was scalding. My wife and I were enjoying a drink at the pool with dinner and watched people get into the hot tub and stay for no more than a minute. Their breakfast was decent but the eating area wasn't big enough. It filled up really fast, especially with people staying at the table after they finished and watching the big screen tv.

On a side note, this place would get a 5 star from me if they took better care of the grounds. They list tennis and basketball courts. Well they do have tennis courts and I think I saw a beach volleyball net in a really run down area but it took me quite a while to find the basketball hoop. It was stuck in the back of one of the tennis courts beside a small playground on the dirt.

Staying on the Island for three nights. We are used to most pet friendly hotels being in poor conditions so when we came into this room it was a very nice surprise. All updated features and a lil balcony. Close to all the happenings.

Convenient location to most island areas. Had a suite which was well equipped. Bathtub could use update but room was cleaned very well and decor was newer. Pool and hot tub on premises and nice woodland setting. Decent continental breakfast and good coffee all day. Not fond of the extra amenity fee but would stay here again.

Stayed here recently for 2-nights. Great location on island. Hotel has some age, but rooms were big and included a full kitchen. Good size flat screen TV. King bed was comfortable. Nice big pool area. Breakfast was good, with Starbucks coffee. They do charge a "Hotel Facilities Fee" of $9.50 per night. Not sure what that is for except added profit. They would probably be better off just putting it into the room charge, so people won't see it and question it. Will likely stay here again.

1st time to Hilton Head, and I thought this hotel was a great value. $75 per night for a cute little apartment only a mile or so from Coligny beach. King bed was very comfy. Having a full size kitchen & small living area were a great bonus over a regular hotel room. We found a nearby Redbox and watched a movie 1 evening with the in-room dvd player. Room was decorated nicely and clean, staff was nice. Breakfast was ok, cereals, fruit, bagels, muffins, Starbucks coffee. It would have been nice to have some hot food choices. (Even the Holiday Inn has a wafflemaker.) Pool area and gazebo with sectional was GORGEOUS! Hottub was nice after a long day of shopping and biking! My only complaint would be the weather -- not as warm as this northerner was hoping! But I can't blame Park Lane for that. Even though I didn't bring my dog, I love that this hotel is dog-friendly! All the dogs I saw were well behaved and enjoying their vacation:)
