Excellent tapas menu with a wide variety of southern, seafood and traditional dishes with touch class in the ingredient choices. Great atmosphere and service.

“Sign up for the cooking class, and get to enjoy a great meal while learning!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2013

A "girls group" fun and tasty two hours. Our group thoroughly enjoyed Executive Chef Nick Fazio's cooking class! We not only had the chance to get some fabulous recipes, and learn some great little hints and tricks, but really enjoyed and amazing meal paired with some very tasty wines. We learned about, and ate, potato gnocchi with short rib Bolognese, topped with toasted pine nuts, and charred lemon oil,YUM! This was accompanied by a lovely Chardonnay, The second course was salmon with an apple horseradish sauce served over a mushroom orzo, and paired with a Sauvignon Blanc. The final dessert course was a fabulous creme brulee topped with a bananas foster and strawberry compote and a desert cocktail, OMG! Will definitely come back for dinner too.
If your looking for a fun and tasty way to spend a couple of hours, get a group together and enjoy this opportunity.

“Simply Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2013 via mobile

We decided to go here for Tapas Tuesday, for half price tapas! What can I say, we ordered probably over half the items on the tapas menu and they were all amazing! We also ordered the bread pudding and carrot cake as well for desert, both were great! Our server, ALEX was one of the best I can remember ever having at a restaurant, he went above and beyond for us and was so nice! Do not miss out on this place it was absolutely amazing!

“A Paradox”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013

Two of us reserved a table at Eat for 7:00 PM on Monday . The restaurant was about half full. We ordered appetizers and entrées. The appetizers came quickly and were both delicious. My wife had the fried green tomatoes and I ordered the Oysters Bienville, also nicely prepared and plated. About five minutes later, our entrées arrived. The waiter apologized, as we were just part way through the appetizers, and he took them back to the kitchen.

When we finished the first course, our waiter returned with the main course plates. My wife's snapper was dried out to the point where it was inedible, and my brined pork loin chop was so tough that when I tried to cut it (with a sharp knife), the water glasses on the table shook so hard the water spilled out.

Our waiter apologized and offered to get us two replacement items, but by that time we had lost our appetites and elected to leave. Our waiter graciously offered to comp us for the entire dinner. We offered to pay for our appetizers, but he insisted it was his fault and we should not pay.

We do think this was an unfortunate timing error and the restaurant deserves another try. Clearly the kitchen is capable of putting out a fine product, and we give the waiter credit for admitting his error and not charging us. We'll try again next year.

“Truly an experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 20, 2013 via mobile

Be prepared to lay down some cash for this one, but its worth every penny. Absolutely amazing food in a cool hip atmosphere. Service is leisurely so be prepared to spend some time, but the staff is wonderful and friendly.
