“Great Stay Safe Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We were traveling to Greenville on business for the summer and decided to bring the kids. A family of 5 staying in a hotel for an extended period of time can be a challenge, however when you have access to management and staff that are willing to go out of their way to help you, it is easier. The hotel was clean and we felt safe with all the cameras onsite. We appreciate Kim, Latifah, Carolyn, Carmen, William, and Thomas for all of your hard work. We plan to stay again when we are passing through Greenville!

When I came to Greenville on a temporary work assignment, I had no idea that I would have stayed here as long as I have. That is from early December to mid August. Having stayed here this long, I have to say that my experience has been excellent. The staff here are so friendly and warm. They made me feel right at home from the start. Kim the property manager works tirelessly on behalf of her guests and does everything she can to keep the property safe. The weekly rate is excellent here but the monthly rate is fantastic. Although it may not be the cheapest extended stay in town it is definitely in my opinion the best value for what you get. That is cleanliness, great security, great service, and you have most of your amenities provided, which makes for an easy long term living situation. Although this place like any place has it's hiccups, they are not enough to disappoint, and the staff will work with you for anything else you need. I am definitely going home, but I am also sad to be saying goodbye after staying here. Kim, William, Thomas, Latifah, and the rest, you guys rock!

If you happen to be traveling on vacation and needing to rent out a room for a week or more Value Place should definetly be one of your options of choice. Rooms are spotless, internet service is great, cable TV on a large screen is fantastic and being able to cook on a stove in your room can save you lots of money. Air conditioning your room can be as cold and as quiet as you prefer along with the brand new refrigerator they have waiting for you along with a microwave. Clean towels everyday. No problem. Just drop off the dirty ones at the desk and they will be more than happy to hand you over some clean ones. In this economy don't waste your time searching when you can have the best of both worlds. Comfort & Great Value!

Kim and her staff are very helpful and pleasant. Even though the office is only open certain hours, the on call staff responds very quick to anything needing to be done. If ever in Greenville, SC again, we will definitely stay at this location again. This is the best hotel we have stayed for an extended stay and our stay was five months.

I stayed at the Value Place Greenville for about 25 days. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager Kim is great!! This was my first stay at an "Extended stay" class of hotels so was not sure what to expect. Kim and her staff do a great job of keeping the hotel and rooms clean.
It is not fancy by any means and there are not any "extras" included its just the room but the price is great. There is no breakfast or food for sale in the building but there is a full size kitchen in each room. I did have an issue with the fridge in my room not keeping food cold, i reported it to Kim (manager) and she had her staff replace it with a new fridge the same day. There is 1 elevator for 4 floors and it is very slow. It is on the south side of town and i would say not the best area of town but the building has a good bit of security. All doors are locked with key card 24/7 and i never felt unsafe during my stay. Parking lot has good room for parking and security cameras. If you are looking for a extend stay place that is safe, clean, and a good price i would recommend it. Call and ask for Kim the manager.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the 1st or 2nd floor as those floors are non-smoking.

GREAT place to stay for the money. Very CLEAN, well kept & maintained, and SECURE with excellent management and caring staff. You don't have to worry about drugs or "undesirables" there like you do at many extended stay/long-term hotels. Convenient location at I-85, with Woodruff Road shopping 5-10 minutes up the interstate and with downtown Greenville just four or five miles away.
