Probably the nicest chain hotel I've ever stayed in. I had never heard of this hotel before. I picked this hotel because they are pet friendly. The hotel decor was upscale and the room was very clean and brand new. There was a thermastat to control the room temperature, which was really nice. Very quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located next to the freeway and a brand new shopping center accross the street with every store you could want. I've stayed in hotels that were twice the price and not nearly as nice. Great value for the money. I highly recommend this place.

I picked this hotel from the TA reviews and I was not disappointed. It was as described - a great property in its category. Clean, nicely decorated, nice breakfast. The only off note was the bedspreads. They were a bit ticky tacky motel and not as nice as the rest of the facility. If you are going through G on the way somewhere, this is a fine place to stay. Shops and restaurants nearby (even a Whole Foods!)

BUT, if you are going to Greenville then I would look for a place closer to the downtown area. It's a lovely, walkable downtown with lots of shops and restaurants and I wish we had stayed in that area.

I was here last year when they first opened and predicted it would not take long for this hotel to be the number 1 ranked hotel in Greenville........and I was right! It is, and with good reason--it is just simply the best!

Absolutely beautiful exterior, and when you step inside to the marble floors that sparkle, and are greeted warmly by the front desk staff, you feel special, and know you will be taken care of during your stay.

Some of the bigger national chains could take hospitality lessons from Drury!! After all, a prestigious award from JD Power 2 years in a row is something to be proud of! I can see why they get it!

I usually like to stay at Hamptons or Hiltons, but when I needed a place to stay near the Greenville SC hospital, the local Hampton was over $150 a night! Too much for a local interstate hotel stay. A nurse recommended the Drury Inn and I was a bit concerned when they quoted me $75 a night, but went ahead and booked for two nights.

I was impressed with this property--very new, very clean, very nice indeed. The room was large, the breakfast very good and having free fountain drinks available all day and night was very nice too.

The front desk staff were very accommodating and gave us extra time to see if we would need an additional night.

My only concern was the number of guest with large and multiple dogs checking in. I would hope they do special cleaning when a pet has been in a room. I hope the hotel keeps the cleanliness and business specials and if I have an opportunity to return in a few years it will be the same.

It was a great stay at a good price.
