My wife and I gave this place a try on 31 MAR.
The building was formerly a Chinese buffet, but the decor is 100% changed. The place looks fantastic. Once we were seated, our waitress took our drink and appetizer order. She had a super over-the-top perky personality, which apparently interfered with her ability to get the order right. The appetizers were missing jalapenos, which she specifically asked if we would like to have with the queso. She took our entree order, again asking if we would like jalapenos with our entrees. Yes, we did. But no, they did not.
Other than wanting to choke the giddy perkiness out of our waitress, and not getting the jalapenos that they were pushing, the meal was very good. The frijoles had a nice, almost smokey flavor - unlike the bean 'soup' that most places in the area ladle onto your plate. The meat in the burritos was well cooked and seasoned nicely. I'll just say, the food was great.
