“Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 7, 2014

So lucky to have found this quaint restaurant on Trip Advisor. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth finding. Spinach fondue was rich and yummy. We enjoyed the nightly special which was.meatloaf, as good or better than homemade. Also had Chicken Cristo which was also very good.. Sides were excellent. Large menu selection, very large portions, friendly and efficient service and, reasonable prices. Will definitely return on our next trip to Greenville.

“The Food is the Star”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2014

Probably everyone hears about Adam's Bistro from a friend who heard it from a friend. Away from the downtown area, in a strip mall beside a karate place, tricky parking, the dining area is usually crowded with no decent waiting area, yada, yada... the FOOD is AMAZING!
Every meal I've tried there has been DELICIOUS. I don't mean "good" - I mean "surprisingly packed full of flavor!" Seriously, everything on the menu is delicious - from seafood to Italian to Southern dishes. And here's what I've noticed - a lot of the culinary success is due to the great sauces. The sous chef must be a magician. You could put the sauces on an old spiral notebook, and the meal would still get 4 stars. My tip: on your first trip get something with sauce... and be careful trying to park... and prepare to wait.

“adam's bistro”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

It's amazing how places like this go "undetected" for so long. Living 25 miles away helps make that possible. Visited here on the suggestion of friends and have become hooked. Not very big but NICE atmosphere. Menu included every thing from a wide selection of Italian dishes, to a complete seafood menu, and chicken, burgers plus all the "down home" side dishes. PLENTY of it too. My only complaint was that it took too long for me to find out about this place. And they offer a brunch menu too. I wouldn't think twice about driving the 25-30 miles for this. And I will..........soon. Oh yeah, soups and salad also. Gonna be spending a lot of time here.

“Red Pepper Soup~Thursday's”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2014

Everything I have tried at Adam's Bistro is fresh and homemade. But my favorite so far is the Red Pepper soup they serve only on Thursday's. I give 10 stars ********** for the delicious one of a kind soup which has just the perfect hint of spice. But I give 2 Stars ** that they ONLY serve this soup on Thursday's. The soup comes with freshly baked pita triangles and the savory crispness of those dipped on the rich, creamy tasty soup is a perfect combo! Great place to eat. My only suggestion would be cut down on the noise by expanding the restaurant. Because it is crowded during the lunch and dinner hours.

“Close to Perfect”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2014

We dine at Adam's fairly often for lunch and for dinner. It has never disappointed us. It's a bit pricy, but the food is always good and the service is formal, courteous, professional, friendly. We will continue to frequent the place.
