1). Lack of internet is HUGE issue - need to resolve limited or no connectivity.
2). Upon arrival, AC was set at 80 degrees! No instructions on how to adjust. Repairman told me there's an override button, but after he left, never could locate it - very frustrating.
3). Refrigerator is in need of repair. Ice machine had to be fixed upon arrival. Shelves are broken inside fridge and freezer. No water filter, water tastes horrible (so does ice). Drawers don't stay on track, thus difficult to keep fridge door shut and temp inside gets warm.
3). Dishwasher's bottom shelf will not slide in and out well and is a back breaker everytime it's loaded.
4). Drains in both bathtubs have old, loose drain openers/closers making it hard to drain the tubs.
5). Outlets in the master bathroom don't work.
6). Leg on desk in one bedroom was just propped.
7). Front door locks are horrible! Look like they've been jimmied.
8). Lightbulb over stove needs replaced - need phillips screwdriver to replace. When asked fridge repairman if he had screwdriver, he did, but refused to let me borrow it to replace the bulb myself, said he was only there for appliances. Therefore, poor lighting while cooking the entire stay.
9). No instructions on how to use the DVD player - switch from tv viewing & back.

My family recently stayed in 214. We were initially very impressed by the condo and location of the buiding. After unpacking we found that only about 3 of our electrical outlets worked, but maintenance fixed them right away. The worst part is that the air conditioning did not work well at all. Two days in a row it was over 84 degrees in our condo. It was so hot at night that we could not sleep. They sent about 6 different people to work on the ac but none of them really resolved the problem. Would not stay again.

Stayed in Unit111. Don't waste your money. Unit was uncomfortably hot and the smell of mold in kithchen cabinets made them unusable. Hot tub is located right off the balcony and was occupied by pre-teen children all week. No one else could have used it because they were in there 6 hours at a time. At one point they had boggie boards in the tub with them.Thier family must not be able to read because all posted rules were ignored. WHERE WAS SECURITY???? These same children ran around without parental supervision all week. They admitted that they pulled the fire alarm. Not much fun for the people that had to vacate the building using the steps from the upper floors. This Condo property is off my list.

The spacious balcony with private hot tub is all we needed! Hottub had great jets, built in radio. Each morning I would recline on the balcony overlooking the ocean waves with coffee and a book. Each evening I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hottub with ocean breezes blowing overhead. The large Mater bath vanity was great with long counter and drawers for make up and hair products... Walk in closet. The large couch was comfy and nice for the kids. Floor to cieling windows accross the room provided awesome views. * Keep the blinds closed when your not there to enjoy the view so the air conditioner won't have to work against the sun's heat! :) The second bedroom opens up to the balcony which was a HUGE plus for my 12 year old daughter! The pool was large and very clean. A bit of a walk to the pier, but we did it! Eating ice cream from Painter's on the way back makes the walk twice as nice. Garden City Beach is where we always stay when we visit SC. The beach is less crowded, no hustle and bustle...we love it here. Highly recomend the Surfmaster. My husband appreciated the large parking garage with plenty of parking. We would book this condo again! * Wifi doesn't work well at all
