got bait and switched upon check in to a handicapped room from a king deluxe, this is an older property, as was evident from the building exterior. large palmeto bugs we seen on the steps leading up to our room. the room seemed nice enough at first glance, except for the air conditioner which was very loud, reminecent of a helicopter taking off. the bath room had zero ventilation, heating or cooling or air circulating in it. nada. there was no shower, just this hose with a sprayer attached. there was a hyge ironing board hung from the bath door as if it was some sort of added feature. i would not stay here again on a bet, ever, it was a horrible experience, no where near worth the 99.00 i was charged. the furniture in thiis room was ancient, and reminded me of early 1970's, about when this hotel first opened i'd guess. do yourself a favor and pass this one on by, as htere are many others close by which appear newer, an better maintained. even the high speed internet was dial up....no end to miscues here

Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good breakfast. What more could you ask for?
Our room was on the smaller side. No area for a table and two chairs, but there was a desk (work station) that we used.
Price was fair.
The motel was pretty much like you'd find a 3 Diamond Comfort or Quality Inn

We stayed here on our way to FL and needed a hotel to stay at for a late arrival. We paid a AAA discount rate of 79 for a smaller room with a king size bed. The entrances to the rooms are outside and fortunately we were able to get a first floor room and park right in front. The rooms look as if they were remodeled recently. Since we arrived so late we wanted to stay a bit later in the day. The desk allowed is to stay until 1 even though checkout was at noon. Overall it is not the full Marriott treatment but it was a nice convenient stop along the way to FL.

We were driving to Orlando and stopped here for the night to break up the trip. On the way down, I had two queens, and the way back I had one king. I had two kids and they provided a pack-n-play for me both times with no hassle/prob. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were a bit small, but didn't need much. There was breakfast provided in the morning with cereal, yogurt, bagels, make-your-own waffles, and fruit. The kids like taking a dip in the heated pool before trekking it on the road.

All in all a good experience. The staff seemed friendly enough.

I booked this room because of the rate I was quoted (and received). I was a little unsure, but figured I could just change to another property if I wasn't satisfied. It was easy to find off of I-95, right in the thick of shopping (on the same side of the street as Magnolia Mall), eateries, movie theatre (across the street), gas, civic center - it's all right there. The property is older, but the rooms appear to have been updated. The first two floors are exterior rooms; the third floor all interior. The only drawback to where my interior room was located was that you had to exit the elevator to the outside, then use the key card to enter the hallway. Just a minor inconvenience.

I had a comfortable king bed, flat screen, microwave and fridge, small desk, internet hook-up, iron - the usual stuff. The bathroom sink was located separately from the tub and toilet which made the area a little more spacious. The towels/washcloths were average, as were the bed linens, but all was clean and inviting. The floors were clean, carpets vacuumed. You'll find a well lighted parking area at night and pretty quiet surroundings - at least it was for me.

Breakfast was included with my stay and it was pretty average - make your own waffles, cold cereals, toast, muffins, packaged hard boiled eggs, instant grits, coffee, juices. The breakfast room was rather cozy with a nice sized flat screen for watching the news. I did see the door to an outdoor pool. Shoney's, IHOP, Waffle House are all closeby if you'd rather have a full meal.

I have to give kudos to Carol who was very helpful with making requested changes to my room reservation. You can't beat that southern hospitality. I'd recommend this property if you want a comfortable and clean place and want to pay a little less; however, the newer and likely more expensive properties are just across the street if that's your pleasure.

This hotel is located right off I-95 it is in a shopping center with many stores and restaurants. It looks like it was completely renovated because everything, including the beds were new. Although it is located in a busy shopping center the rooms were very quiet. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The only downside to this hotel is that the beds are not Queen size as they advertise but rather Full size and the room is a bit small. It is good for an overnight stay. I would stay here again.

We found the Fairfield to be courteous, clean and efficient. You will enjoy a good nights sleep in fairly new updated rooms; the self-serve breakfast was very good. The motel is located in the middle of food and retail stores.
